2017 - 2020

Production Manager for artist Camille Henrot, NY, US

Main liaison between the artist and fabricators, as well as institutions’ and galleries’ production teams. In charge of ensuring project completion within deadlines. Anticipating exhibition and fabrication logistics. Forseeing possible issues and troubleshooting solutions with teams.  

Budgeting all new productions. Keeping track of costs, working closely with financial team for scheduling payments

Advise on techniques and materials for new projects. Translate the artist’s vision to fabrication processes within budget constraints and available technology

Sourcing fabricators, quoting projects. Production follow up with fabricators to ensure the artist vision is respected.  

Documentation for project development. Archiving and distributing information with the rest of the teams and collaborators. Making sure the studio has the information needed for each project. 

Elaborating technical drawings, digital models and presentations /hiring and managing freelancing workers for this purpose

Creating instruction manuals for new works, reviewing when produced by fabricators

Supervising installation and condition reports 

Reading contracts, advising on production installation and conservation needs
